My 4th time visiting this location and I have to say I am leaving extremely disappointed. As soon as we walked in we were told we can sit wherever we would like. I asked if I can sit outside and I was told the outdoor seating was not available. I tried looking for a table inside and they were all dirty. I asked my server for a napkin to clean the chair and table and she wiped down one chair. I asked her if she can just give me the napkin and Iβll clean the rest. I told her what I wanted to order and she took down my order and didnβt even offer me a drink. I then proceeded to tell her what I wanted. She seemed extremely annoyed and yet I see her treating other tables in a much nicer mood. I am assuming she was upset about me wanting to clean the table and chairs. I would assume that it should be a standard and not left to the customer to do. They did seem understaffed and I will give her the benefit of the doubt by saying she must have been overwhelmed. The restaurant was very dirty. We sat by the window and the window and door was very dirty too. The garlic knots were drenched in oil. The pizza was not very good this time. It was cooked in under 5 minutes and made extremely thin. H

Update : Their Regional Manager Allison Reynolds emailed me with a bunch of excuses and enjoys telling me I should ordered it " Bambino " style. Start with the first problem there is no option on their online Portal for " Bambino " style. The second part most importantly the pizza still taste like absolutely horrible. Had to send receipt multiple times also now and still no refund. Premium prices for food but it's all sub par food. Not worth the money or the headache. I don't know how it can be burnt and floppy at the same time. It's like a 5 year old put it together. The pizza is god awful. I mean even the pepperoni taste bad. And why is there like cig ash on my pizza ?? That's what it looks like ..But the burnt yet still floppy blows my mind ?!?

I would have given my normal 5 because the food was really good. Everyone liked it but buyer beware the gluten free pizza is extremely expensive - $28 for a little 12" pizza. Even at lunch. Our waiter Mikee was wonderful and very hard working as he was the only server for the whole restaurant but he had no idea when I asked him how much extra gluten free crust is. He told me it's the regular price of $21.49. I was shocked when I got my bill and it was $28. I would have ordered a regular lunch caprese pizza for $13.99 if I had known that. They need to specify the upcharge for GF. Make sure to ask for the lunch menu and order strictly from that. They were very busy that day for lunch so we understand when all our meals came out at different times but it was very odd that the eggplant came out and much later the focaccia that goes with it came out. The stromboli is probably the best deal as it's basically a rolled up pizza for only $10.99. All the food was delicious. FYI The GF pizza is not good cold the next day. Needs to be warmed up. After Anthony's response I'm adding... Thank you for reaching out to me. I will definitely return again just better informed. I'll definitely try the
